Multimarine is Currently Seeking a Parts Professional: 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·         Parts Lookup

·         Able to read technical drawings/schematics

·         Work with customers to complete sales; by phone, email, etc.

·         Work with outside vendors daily

·         Establish relationships with vendors and regularly communicate on the status and delivery of parts 

·         Shipping and receiving; basic warehouse functions as needed

·         Ability to lift 50lbs and move freely without restriction

·         Regular in-person sale visits with local customers

·         Answer any questions from customers regarding basic refrigeration equipment

QUALIFICATIONS: 

·         Valid Driver’s License 

·         Parts Lookup experience required

·         5+ of experience in Part Operations 

·         Refrigeration knowledge required 

·         Forklift Experience Required

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Efficient in Microsoft and Excel is preferred but not required 

·         Ability to analyze and interpret internal cost reports 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

·         Ability to understand written instructions, work orders, and estimates
